Beth R. Chase – beth@c3-consult.com
President/Partner
Beth has 20 years of experience in the consulting and
Information Technology profession. She is President and
partner of C3. Beth’s leadership roles
include business development, consulting, employee relations,
and client relationship management.
As a principal consultant, Beth specializes in helping
companies redesign and streamline critical business processes
to increase value and reduce costs. Additionally, she
manages strategic initiatives for her clients, facilitates
planning sessions for complex decision-making and system/process
definition, and helps companies make buy versus build software
decisions that best meet their business needs. Beth has
worked with Fortune 100 clients in the healthcare, insurance,
distribution, manufacturing, publishing, and financial
services industries.
Prior to starting C3, Beth co-founded a local management and information technology consulting firm and grew the company into a profitable $4 million, 35-person business. She began her career with IBM Corporation, holding a variety of sales, financial, and consulting positions, including a Global Consulting Services Practice Leader in the area of Workflow Automation. |

Katherine M. McElroy – katherine@c3-consult.com
Principal/Partner
Katherine has 25 years of experience in software development, analyzing business processes, and applying technology to solve business challenges and to minimize resources. She has assisted companies in defining their business processes and technical requirements, in selecting software solutions to meet those needs, and in evaluating their IT resources.
Prior to consulting, Katherine led the software development group for TCS Management Group, a commercial software company, for 20 years through its evolution from mainframe to multi-tier. She was part of the management team that grew the company to its market leader position and from 6 to over 300 employees. She served as a software executive with Aspect Communications after its acquisition of TCS.

Brian Bowman – brian@c3-consult.com
Principal/Partner
Brian Bowman has 15 years of experience in consulting, healthcare, manufacturing, and distribution. As a principal consultant, he is responsible for business consulting, business development, and client relationship management.
He specializes in managing complex strategic initiatives for clients that include process design and reengineering, significant changes in information technology, and changes in organizational roles and responsibilities. In addition, Brian manages projects to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness through the introduction of planning processes and improved tools for business analysis.
Prior to joining C3, Brian directed an enterprise project management office for a company in the healthcare industry. In consulting roles with IBM and Arthur Andersen, he managed a variety of complex projects for both mid-market and large organizations in multiple industries. His consulting experience includes leading successful initiatives to reengineer core business processes across functional areas as well as the development and implementation of new information technology strategies – including the implementation Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. |

Paul Kleine-Kracht – paul@c3-consult.com
Principal/Partner
Paul Kleine-Kracht has 20 years of experience in the areas of business management, project management, process improvement, strategic planning, business planning, and process reengineering. As a principal consultant, he is responsible for business development, engagement management, and client relationship management.
He has proven success in managing strategic initiatives for clients. Paul’s commitment to excellence and customer focus has resulted in a high level of expertise in the Healthcare industry with specific emphasis in the area of document management and process improvement in revenue and supply chain services.
Prior to joining C3, Paul worked as a business consultant for a local management and information technology consulting firm, was a Client Service Manager for Bankers Trust administering a $6 billion trust, and was a Senior Consultant at Andersen Consulting. |
